To ensure your stay is as smooth as possible, please note the following:
- The pool is open in summer only and the hot tub is generally available year-round, but both may be closed for repairs or improvements—especially between June and November 2025.
- There will be visible construction activity (roof replacement and amenity upgrades) during the 2025 summer/fall season. Expect occasional noise during the day and limited parking (street permits available upon request).
- Like most of Telluride, the condo does not have air conditioning, but the mountain climate typically provides comfort.

Important Information
Construction and Maintenance Notices
- Viking Lodge HOA has a planned roof replacement for this building (A). Work will start April 15th 2025 - completion date November 14th 2025. There will be equipment and contractors visible around the property throughout the summer. Construction noise is limited to the hours of 8am-6pm Monday through Friday & 9am-6pm on Saturday per Town of Telluride municipal code.
- Due to this construction, parking is limited. Please text us your license plate number, state and driver's name if you need a street parking permit.
- May 2025, the HOA voted to approve a pool/hot tub improvement project to commence work on June 23. Work is scheduled to last seven to eight weeks. The pool and hot tub will not be available during this time.
- Pool is closed for repairs as of March 2024.
- Lodging In Telluride does not manage pool/hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.
